What to expect

What to expect from your free estimate.

Every project begins with a thorough inspection and a detailed, written estimate. We look at the shingles, flashing, vents, pipe collars and chimney from up top, then check the attic for daylight, water stains, soft decking and trapped moisture. You get photos of what we find, so you can see the problem for yourself instead of taking our word for it. If you sent photos with your request, we look at those first so we know what to check.

Your written estimate lists the scope, the materials and the price, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. If a repair will do the job, we say so. If the roof needs replacing, we explain why. There is no cost and no obligation, and it is usually easy for us to schedule. Dealing with storm damage? We document the damage with photos and a written assessment you can give your insurer. Either way, you decide in your own time.
