St. Landry Parish
Our home parish. Delta is based in Opelousas, the parish seat, and we work in Eunice, Port Barre, Sunset, Grand Coteau, Washington and Arnaudville. Whether your house sits on a town street or out on a country road, the roof deals with the same things: long summers of heat and sun, humid air that works its way into the attic, tropical storms, and trees that hang over the roofline. We repair leaks, replace worn-out roofs and handle storm damage across the parish.
Lafayette Parish
Down I-49 from Opelousas, we work in Lafayette, Carencro, Scott, Broussard and Youngsville. Lafayette Parish has a mix of established neighborhoods and newer subdivisions, and both see the frequent tropical storms, high heat and UV exposure that wear roofing materials down. Older homes that are being renovated often need updated roofing and better ventilation to deal with moisture. Newer homes tend to need storm repairs and attention to flashing and vents as they age. Wherever you are in the parish, we start with the same free inspection on the roof and in the attic.
Nearby: St. Martin and Acadia
We also take jobs in nearby towns outside our two main parishes, including Breaux Bridge in St. Martin Parish and Church Point in Acadia Parish. Homes there face the same heat, humidity and storm season as ours, and the same free inspection, written estimate and thorough clean-up apply wherever we work. If you are close to Opelousas or Lafayette and your town is not listed, call and ask. If it is within reach, we will set up a time to come out.
The same storm hits all of us.
When a storm comes through Acadiana, every roofer in the region gets called at once. Being based in Opelousas means our crew is already here, and we are available 7 days a week, so it is usually easy for us to schedule an assessment and get openings tarped and sealed before the next rain. Clear communication, timely completion and a thorough clean-up come with every job, wherever it is.
Local also means we know the conditions these roofs live through: long, hot summers, humid air that ends up in the attic, a hurricane season that runs from June 1 to November 30, and live oaks that shade the roofline and drop limbs in high wind. Permit requirements vary by town and parish, so check with your local permit office for your address. Wherever you are, every project begins with a thorough inspection and a detailed, written estimate.
