Privacy policy for Delta Roofing & Repair in Opelousas
How we handle the details you send us.
Effective October 30, 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Delta Roofing and Repair LLC, a roofing company based in Opelousas, LA 70570. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Delta” mean Delta Roofing and Repair LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is effective October 30, 2026.
What we collect
When you request a free estimate or send a message through the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, property address, town and your message. On the estimate form you can also choose to upload photos of your roof. You decide what to include, and the photos are optional.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to stop spam on our forms.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to respond to you and to provide roofing services: to call or email you back, schedule an inspection, prepare your estimate and do the work you ask for. We do not use your form details for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
When you submit a form, your submission is saved in our website’s database and then delivered by email through our email provider, Brevo, to Delta and to the company that maintains this website so it can keep the forms working. Our web hosting provider stores the website and its database. These providers handle your information only to deliver and store it for us.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your device and visit, not the contents of our forms. Google’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep normal business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period and then removed.
How we protect it
The website runs over a secure HTTPS connection, so what you type into our forms is encrypted on its way to us. Access to stored submissions is limited to Delta and the people who maintain the site, behind a password-protected admin area. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or email us using the details below and we will take care of it, unless we need to keep a record for legal or business reasons.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. The site still works without them.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging roofing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
